Order and Delivery
When you have made your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
As all jewellery are handmade and some made on order, the delivery time vary from item to item. You can see the delivery time on each item in the description on the product page.
If you order items that varies in delivery times, you can expect them to be delivered together and be delivered within the time period of the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery is free of charge on all orders above 450 DKK.
All prices are in Danish Crowns (DKK) and are inclusive 25 % VAT.
Payment can be done online by use of Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or through Paypal. Your payment information is transmitted encrypted between the costumer and Sarah Winther.
Payment via PayPal: If you often shop at online stores that use PayPal, you might want to consider creating an account. When you have created a PayPal-account you just need to log on your account to make the payment and does not need to write your credit card information every time.

Sarah Winther offer 14 days of full return on any of her standard jewellery. Bespoke or custom made jewellery (like wedding bands or engagement rings made upon request) can not be returned.
The return policy is according to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act § 17.
The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it. If the product is damaged or used the product cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return your purchase please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org named "Return" and include your name, contact information and, if possible, provide a tracking number.

Upon return the customer is responsible for the delivery cost.
It is suggested that you send the items as a package and that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
When the returned product is received, Sarah Winther will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, Sarah Winther will need your bank information to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to include this in the e-mail you send upon a return.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Sarah Winther is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch to another product or another size of the same product?
Send an e-mail to email@example.com named "Exchange" and provide your customer information, that you will send back the product and the product and size you wish to receive in exchange.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to Sarah Winther.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Sarah Winther reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.
According to the Danish law you have a 24 month warranty on all purchased products.
Be aware that normal wear and tear as well as a lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty. If you discover a defect in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, contact Sarah Winther and explain the default or defect. Sarah Winther will then deal with your complain. If the item is defect, Sarah Winther will seek to remedy this by repair or alternatively make a replacement.
Reservations and disclaims
Sarah Winther takes reservations for tax changes, price and writing errors, technical errors, sold-out products or force majeure, including delays in deliveries by sub-contractors.
